Launching CHRUSP website!
I hope this website will be a good resource for people wanting information about human rights-based alternative approaches to madness. How can we support each other in times of pain and distress, recognizing that each person is a world unto him/herself? And how can laws be changed so as to allow this to happen, so that we don't have to be violated by forced drugging, electroshock, being locked up, put into restraint, etc.?
I am uploading resources that were created during the work on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (which is a UN human rights treaty adopted in 2006, entered into force in 2008, check http://www.un.org/disabilities for information about which countries have signed and ratified). Also some created after that time.
Please comment; especially to say what you are doing or would like to do with these issues, and what you would find helpful.
